I am and was elated with the outcome. I did not expect the process to last 1 year and 5 months. During the process I was stressed out on numerous occasions because I did not understand why it took so long to go from one stage to another. It would have very been helpful to have a 1 page handout showing minimum and maximum time for each process.Could have used more feedback so I didn’t have to call.
